Essential Job Duties:

  • Must be proficient in duct cleaning, and all IAQ products offered by Hero
  • Establish customer rapport to offer additional IAQ products when in the home
  • Must be able to train and develop apprentices to become Lead Technicians
  • Willing to have new technicians ride along to learn advanced skills
  • Understand and follow all procedures as well as demonstrate our Core Values
  • Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobs.
  • Maintain a clean and inventoried truck as well as keeping jobsites clean if not cleaner then when arrived
  • Participate actively in all training and meetings
  • Have accurate notes, invoices, and options
  • Be a strong contributor to the team who also loves to win as a team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledgeable on current processes, procedures and any other necessary information
  • Able to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with other team members, management, and customers via in-person, phone and email
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve with a sense of urgency
  • On time, with a clean presentation of them self, meeting the dress code, and prepared to work every day
  • Must be able to lift and carry over 50lbs on a daily basis
  • Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings, and have a clean driving record

Hours:

  • 7am-4pm, Monday thru Friday. End times vary based on completion of work and business needs
  • Overtime is offered by management when available, and may at times be required
