Even though there was exceptional service, I gave it a three in that this was a basic service and the price for me was high (I can see why under the table plumbers do so well). I had a very basic one line interior drain cleaning and a camera look. They ...did recommend power wash the line but for around 500 and 800 more, A second line from the bathroom was around 300 more. I decided no. The service was over 1/2 a grand. Eight years ago I had the same service from a different company 8 years ago minus the camera and it was 200 dollars cheaper. The pipes are not easy to put back on but if money had been an issue than doing it myself would have been better. I used a neighbor's snake last time and it lasted 4 years. More frustration but a lot cheaper. I had asked for a couple of estimates. I am not sure how any one can afford a plumber. The technician was exception and customer driven.
