I online scheduled two days before for a blocked pipe in my bathroom sink. I was told I could expect a technician between 8-4:00. At 3:40, I called the office and was told he was running late and would be here between 4-5 pm. At 5:47, I called the office ...and cancelled the appt and wanted to re-schedule it. They could only schedule a 8-4 two days later. After me sitting all day long & have a no-show and then not fit me in the next day is absurd. I have had work done before by them and was so pleased. They were here when they said and completed it earlier than they said. They cleaned up after. This job was to replace a lot of old pipes for a new washer. Today was to just unclog a sink! Kris is truly a nice guy, very professional, and obviously knew his stuff. I wasn’t able to make a decision about the scope of work I’ll need yet, but he quickly emailed several options and various price quotes.
So we called Hero , got someone that would not give a price to unclog a drain, countered with we have to come out and see it, first sign of customer manipulation, asked multiple questions that were irrelevant bouncing off my initial question of how much ...to unclog a sink drain, reluctant to move forward , I went ahead and scheduled for them to come out, a few hours later one of their plumbers showed up and went and accessed the issue and gave two quotes to unclog the drain , hydro something for well over 1300 , or 540.00 to do a later option provided, I of course told them to bounce the conversation was over, rip off taking advantage of people well Hero got a Zero at this location and I will tell everyone I meet everyday for the next 1300 days as I’m in service as well about this experience,Read More...
