My 85 year old father woke up to a cold house with no working furnace due to an electrical problem. We called Hero to schedule an electrician to come out to his house in Champlin, and they had a technician out in about an hour. Mike, quickly identified the problem as being a power company problem outside the house and he contacted the power company for us and identified the problem as being a high priority call for them. Mike made sure my dad was comfortable before he left the house and didn’t charge us for the visit. The power company came within the hour and the problem was quickly resolved. We appreciate the excellent service from Mike and Hero in addressing our winter emergency. We highly recommend them.
