Head out to the Farmers Market This Weekend!

Get out and support your local businesses this weekend! Neighborhood Roots is hosting two Farmers Markets, Fulton and Kingfield, this weekend and we strongly encourage you to attend! Uptown has been chosen as a featured premier sponsor this Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st.

Neighborhood Roots is an organization with a mission to bring neighbors together to buy, eat and learn about local food. They support local farmers and small businesses, and so do we!

Fulton Farmers Market
Located at 4901 Chowen Ave. S. Twin Cities, this is the place to be on Saturday mornings. Open from 8:30am – 1pm, the Fulton Farmers Market is a gather place where neighbors can meet, socialize, shop locally and strengthen the community. Bring your shopping bags and stock up on the freshest vegetables, delicious fruits, breads and pastries! We look forward to seeing you there!

Kingfield Farmers Market
What once began as a pickup truck full of vegetables, the Kingfield Farmers Market now features 30 vendors every week! They focus their attention to produce, offering a wide variety of fruits and vegetables along with fresh coffee and handmade crafts. Join us this Sunday from 8:30am – 1pm at 4310 Nicollet Ave. S. Twin Cities.

At Uptown Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, we strive to make our community a better place to live, work and play. We hope to see everybody at the Farmers’ Markets this weekend and be sure to stop by to say hello!
